If you are....
- 18 or over;
- A central Haringey Resident (see map below); or
- Registered with a central Haringey GP (see below);
- Not employed in the health service
We would like to invite you to join the new Central Haringey Patient’s Panel.
What we will expect from you
as a Panel member:
• Attendance at 6 Panel
meetings per year to help plan
local health services.
•Your knowledge of what
matters to people in your
neighbourhood.
What benefits you can expect as a Panel member:
•The opportunity to speak up for the community on health service planning
• Accredited training in how the health service works and makes its decisions.
Please note : You may only apply if you are a resident in the green areas on the map below OR attend a GP service in those areas.
