Health Link is undertaking a national feasibility Study for the Department of Health Improving Access to Pschological Therapies Team into the possibility of providing computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in public libraries. The project involves field visits to a range of urban and rural areas across the country visiting branch libraries and conducting interviews with Chief Librarians and front line library branch staff. The Project began with a Pinpoint session with people who use mental health services to develop their Specification for such a service. This patient-led Specification formed the basis for the interviews with library staff. The Project is due to complete by the end of the year.
